Mine neither but there are some. I know there are a ton of FOREX platforms for that. I was under the impression that the SEC doesn't allow more than 4 decimal places for sub-pennies. Obviously that's not true since someone clearly sold 200 shares at -90% earlier.
The 200 share trade must have been a test trade, since the value of those shares didn't equate to even a quarter cent.
