Audit and uplisting will solidify quite a few more opportunities along with possibly getting more funding and strategic partnership.
Land is a dime a dozen down in Florida. Looks to me the new owners of the land are required to take over any loan / debts.
They still have the loan extension to use so long as they find property in the same county. At least that's how I'm taking it.
The EPC will have to be updated but this should be minor as the EPC is supposed to be a standard cookie cutter interface to any land parcels they move into ( with changes to minor traffic routing and utility interfacing). That's my opinion or how I had seen it.
Anyway. Not sure why you are capping on just the land portion.
