No doubt that the Restructuring of the LTD is a big TBD but for sure, very much a major part of CODA's master plan for a robust going forward scenario. Also, could be the same Solidor reorganized for tax & or other business reasons.

BTW - I loaded up with more Shares today! This situation is hopefully not "too good to be true" --> a real gift because the CODA situation is essentially unknown to the Market Place.

It seems that Solidor is no longer but it really was just Philip van der Westhuizen anyway so not much has changed to the LTDH.

The Company has been advised that Phillip van der Westhuizen has voting and investment power over the shares held by Solidor Investments Limited.
