I think the variety of different vapes can be squashed with the concept itself if the brand has different models and a completely customizable flavor like the video shows. And the mere image of how the store looks will give the impression that its worth more even if it isn't. To me it gives an apple store vibe lol. Location could also help defeat the one brand bias you mentioned which is why I expressed the international malls around the US.
