You are 100% correct. There is no dilution until the shares are actually sold. Then, there is a waiting period before they can be traded on the open market. As long as the new authorized shares remain in the treasury, there is no dilution, and the float remains the same until the shares are unrestricted sometime later. I have no fears of dilution. Wouldn't it be better to own 1% of the shares at 1.00/share instead of a higher percentage at 0.02???? Everyone oo the math. Don't let the bashers scare you.
