Why would a new investor be interested in AAPT? It has over $1M in IRS liens, another $1M just waiting to be added to the liabilities by a former noteholder solely at his discretion, and one of the worst reputations in the industry after a completely failed (most likely bogus) $1M cutest dog contest. Oh, and let's not forget about a probable SEC investigation. ROFL.
If someone wanted to release a new product line, they would be much better off starting from nothing than trying to leverage anything AAPT has to offer. Any positive rumor about AAPT is just to trying to keep hope alive.
