There isn't anything proving he's nothing more than a shareholder priming the pump for his planned exit.

I'm not saying umbra is "playing us"... just that we can't know either way. The total lack of any serious volume tells me the PSC's are solid and in no danger and the search warrant is bullsh|t. I can live with open legal issues going forward... geez, I think Microsoft has dozens open at any given time.
