You are correct seasonedwell. Just more BULLSHIT from the Ridiculous Zone.

The indictment alleges that they offered or sold securities, described as limited partnership interests in Level III Trading Partners LP to an Alabama resident.

The indictment also alleges that Gwyn used this person's money to pay off other investors, failed to use the money as represented or made unauthorized investments. The indictment alleges he then lied about this in order to defraud the investor.

This was related to his Level III partnership and not Treaty.
