Ok, unfortunately the value of a garbage tickers,such as TDEY is and always will be, PR is absolutely nothing.
Don't be deceived......prs are released in scam tickers such as TDEY to help facilitate the distribution of freshly printed shares......in the case of TDEY.....BILLIONS OF FRESHLY PRINTED SHARES.
Why would ORT arm wrestle Eddie Vakser to acquire a scam ticker? If ORT is legit and wants to go public there are plenty of clean tickers to buy. It makes ZERO SENSE to go to any trouble to buy this worthless shell and then have legal crap to do just to clean it up. TDEY has been a SCAM for YEARS, it is a worthless symbol tied directly to scam. Google "Vakser scam" and one will see what I mean. There are thousands of hits, read a few and find out what is going on here. TDEY is still scam, it's just a little more elaborate now because of Vakser's bad name.
