This news is being reposted e.g. here and maybe just reaching awareness of more investors and hedge funds who allegedly dumped some biotechs @end of quarter to look better on their balance sheets.
Big deal, working in tandem with NCI, they wouldn't choose Galina if it were likely to fail:

Hope the rally stays this time, today $1.74, nice climb from $1.34 last week where it plunged for no reason but manipulation in anticipation of news -- maybe that's where hedge funds wanted to buy back in for 4th quarter.
