Don't be silly, there is a very solid and completely LEGAL short thesis for ONCS. That is why I am currently screaming it to the masses as the best play in biotech. There is nothing wrong with believing the company is drastically overvalued and being incredibly confident that the PPS is going MUCH, MUCH LOWER. It's no different from the longs on here pumping daily.
The 32 year old obviously unqualified CEO, history of abusive dilution, and lack of compelling catalysts for the foreseeable future make this one almost too easy. I am recommending ONCS as a short to all my friends and family. Don't take it personally guys, but it doesn't get much easier than this.
