Trip, I agree that Solomon is going to want something for his A shares but I do believe he is willing to compromise on this. If they don't make Oslo I am gone, that you count on.

Nisse has probably not accomplished much, but I believe that there is no one who cares more about the shareholders than him.

Actually, when I saw the organization chart of CeresTM, my first thought was that Nisse won't agree to this arrangement.
