Yes but for the long...long term.
They have lots of exploration properties.
for them to get that much from the market at theses prices we'd have 300 percent more shares.

They invested about 450 million in Namoya
Sold 8.33 percent for 50 million

50/450 = 0.111 or 11.1%

So they effectively got a partner in the construction of the mine who paid for 11.1% of the costs of construction and they get back 8.33 percent of the product.

I don't think that's all that bad considering the circumstances.
