Actually, if you marry the bloated optimism of yesteryear, with today's Debbie Downer.... You are probably spot on. If you think back on one of their first order if business was to secure a payout in a buyout. I thought it would come quick, others thought at that time 'within a year'. That's only 4 months away. Acquisitions seem to happen more toward the end of the calendar year.

Pretty tight lipped last cc? Oh Ya they were. I remember being in another stock where all were just as confused and BS over the lack of direction. SVNT. We held through financing which we did not know would come or not....hoping for the buyout. If they didn't get financing it was BK. They got it and the stock was stagnant. I was like, I held thru an all or nothing deal, they came thru and I got the same amount? Just like here....successes do not reward investors here either.

Svnt was sold a month later, less than what I had hoped given the risk. Just like here. Whatever Imsc gets on a sale of the company will bring us all back to scratch plus a few.... But far less than we had hoped. It is still a win.

Shi- figurative balls in vice image does NOT work for me. Their figurative balls are in a vice too. So why would THEY exert more pressure? This is the 64 cent a share question?

DM's 5% of outstanding "dam" is getting larger every qtr, thus their dumps have to be larger too. Have to. So they took 56 cents for an 8 cent share.

This company went from about 18M shares prior to DM to what 74M shares today?

Their 5% holding level went from .9M shares to 3.7M shares on a qtly basis. That's a 400% increase in inventory that has to move. Maybe Pat can speak to the ramifications of their trading pattern on our measly holdings.

So to my mind, DM set a new level, one I felt was coming due to the float-growth.
Also, Mcgann has pegged fully diluted DM holding at 95M shares.

What would DM do with 95M shares? Duh, dump them in Boston harbor...? But it would change the salinity of the bay?!?!?!
