It was a terrible deal but DMRJ may have given them a take it or leave it ultimatum, it was still a tough time to access capital. I will say that as cash flow improves exponentially over the next quarter or two there will be a huge red flag if no effort is made to change the current structure even if it means a renegotiation with DMRJ for reasonable terms.
