Yeah. I did my homework on the venture capital partner. Very powerful connections including major tech heavy weights like Oracle and Microsoft. $TXHD is doing everything right. Reduction of over 75% of the OS. Debt paid off. Now with VC influence I see big contracts hitting here. The business plan here is very well thought out and extremely intelligent. I see high demand for the technology with partnerships and most likely these guys will get sucked up by, or merged with, a Nasdaq heavyweight company from what I can tell.

Something Fishy About 8K

From May 20 2015 10Q

On February 27, 2015, we entered into a Second $50,000 Note Restructure Agreement with note holder. Under the Agreement, we are obligated to pay Reality $20,000 from the proceeds of the loan from a note issued during quarter. We also agreed to pay the remaining principal balance of $30,000 along with accrued and unpaid interest if we secure an additional loans in the future.

Looks Like A Note Would Be Paid "IF Company Secured Additional Loans" Also Looks Like There Was More Going On Here.

From Most Recent 10Q

We anticipate needing approximately $1,000,000 in the next 12 months. We only have $9,235 in cash as of June 30, 2015 and this amount is not sufficient for our needs.

Also From Most Recent 10Q

As of June 30, 2015, the Company has an accumulated deficit of $942,046

And They Paid Cash??

Must Have Borrowed Cash From Peter To Pay Paul! Not Free And Clear Here.

A/S 750Mil NOT 250Mil Anymore! Tripled In Pre14c 09/24/2015

http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/TXHD/profile

From 9/24/15 Pre14C

To authorize the board of directors of the Company to amend its Articles of Incorporation to increase the number of authorized shares of common stock of the Company, par value $0.0001 per share (the “Common Stock”) from 250,000,000 to 750,000,000 shares.

Reasons for the Increase of Authorized Common Stock

Increasing the authorized number of shares of the Common Stock will give the Company greater flexibility and will allow the Company to issue such shares in most cases without the expense or delay of seeking stockholder approval.

Then They Say They Will "Return 325 Million Shares To The Treasury".

That Part Is To PUMP So They Can Issue And DUMP What Would Seem To Be ONLY 425 Million Shares "Without The Expense Of Seeking Stockholder Approval".

And That Par Value .0001 Is A Real Possibility,
