The problems with management and the company are ongoing and even if no one posted about them the share price is a constant, daily reminder of how bad things really are.
What's wrong with posting a year old article claiming ERHC will invest $100 million in anything is the fact that the company barely has enough cash to keep itself afloat and its market cap has fallen from $70 million to less than $5 million since that article was written. Referring to it is only a reminder of how badly things have deteriorated.
