I guess you could add HDY to that discussion but they are still fighting for their "rights". 16 million acres offshore Guinea for spending a few million on seismic isn't bad.

Art: Many thanks for clarification, very fair comment, Walldog is right.

ERHE perhaps unique in the quality and value of rights being captured in a pure public play like this?

Different from AFR and EEL that demonstrate a strategy of acquiring producing and prospective properties.

Art2004....Vanco's Ceo and founder....

Went directly to the countries Presidents, in various African countries and secured vast acreage for pennies on the dollar, some of the deals were unheard of in the patch....but no one else was offering anything better, (shades of ERHE) Van Dyke was really the first to do so, but his coverage of Nigerian waters,is almost non existent.

Vanco is partnered on the exploration end with many different major and minor oil companies, even the Indians and Chinese...very little USA Major partnering however, but some.

Some of his deals would make ERHE look like they were throwing money around. He not only secured the acreage, but also laid out the models for the PSC's, and that is where he really made out like a bandit.
