Utter nonsense , check out companies filings .

If you were as diligent when you were involved we might not be hanging on here hoping these guys can turn it around , from you to pane , a lost 10 years .

I suggest you contact the ir guy and get him to ask the company directly what the status is , also note your going on about the law suit and finishing the company , that's always a possibility but if the company does struggle it's down to rtc filing a suit to extort stock from shareholders who have paid hard earned money for stock . I doubt these guys will have the stomach for it when it matters , reply to lawsuit was strong to say the least , they have more issues than this lawsuit
