Well, I have averaged down a great deal. To .021 overall. But .03??? Would like a whole lot more than that.

i don't understand that at all. if you actually believe in FARE and your avg cost is .021, it would cost virtually nothing to average down considerably with the PPS currently at .001.

not that i would recommend flushing any money down the FARE toilet.
