The big draw to this prior to Canouse was the history of no reverse split. However now there is so much toxic debt, such a high OS and AS but, let's not forget Canouse is in control. He has his fingers all over the RS button and there really is not much more of a option. Shea could not get rid of the toxic debt or the dilution of Lovito and company. We have a ticking time bomb with a ton of shares in lots of uneasy hands. They could have actually done something with this. Meanwhile our partner with our MJAqusition company Donnel Vigil has pulled a Mike Shea move on her other ticker QA$P. The board there echos RS as well. Same players same motives same scam. I don't necessarily disagree with that. Depends what he can extract and what he wants to add to the AS. If he can pump it or pull his standard offshore p and d and avoid prosecution this time it could move a while, but at some point an RS will occur IMO.
