He was even buying more stock and advising everyone to buy more... he said he did overtime in his factory in Belgium and then bought more shares to average down to 14c, because he knew the shorts had to cover at some point. What a moron. Now he will for sure get a higher % of warrants, but as it appears they will be worthless, doesn't seem like a very good strategy to me. Even if the strike price is low, he will need to do a stack of overtime to get the cash together to exercise them. He has 250k shares, so 17.5% of that is 43,750... even if strike price is say $3, it would mean he needs to find $131,250 to exercise them. Of course the strike price will be over $10 at the very least. And who knows if the share price will perform well enough to make exercising them worthwhile.
