Not necessarily. Any of us could put that many up for sale. This is a thinly traded stock. We don't trade 750k a month so it makes no sense. Just a silly thing to do.

Or possibly impulsive and inexperienced. I notice those... things occur at the end and around the first of the month. Someone hoping because they might need the money for expenses. GO UP SIPC!!
