MG is not always right with his thinking…

$100 million dollar minimum has probably double since drilling and trenching has started…

Plus the 15% retained interest is probably another double of the down payment… so say $400 million dollars was offered…

That's a minimum of .30 as I see it…

But no offer has been tendered… and it is along ways from being accepted if one is not even on the table…

Time will tell though...
