I believe all persons are not in the US only the ticker. They won't enter the US because the odds of being questioned by the SEC about this paper ticker are more than they are willing to gamble

I wish I had an answer that was worth more than my stocks lol. I did talk to someone at me resource a few days ago but that isn't wpwr of course. Other than that which really didn't tell me much I'm pretty lost. Thanks for the input though for sure.
