Those smart with deep pockets wont buy MTVX on hopes of a quick flip. They would never be able to get out.
Like trying to fill a tub with the drain open. Look we all watched Mr nda888 buy over a half billion shares and the price plummet to .000001. MTVX, isn't going to happen. Sorry... I admire the will to hang on but sometimes we gotta call it as it is.

True. I've been watching a couple tickers at no bid and the Ask (0.0001), has been getting hit regularly with no sales, no updates, etc...only on speculation. One of them even has an estimated 50bil - 100bil AS! And it's smacked every other day.

This company is selling product. Even the mini bikes are selling. People are posting every few days pics of their new Motovox mini bike all over the net.

Dealers are showing Cruzers and Survivals are now in stock. The popularity of MotoPeds is getting ready to increase dramatically. If they fill all the new orders they will begin to stabilize financially if managed right imo.

If this WAS adhered to and enforced (highly highly highly doubt) the period is 3 years in which this is enforced. After that (just about enough time for MTVX to pull there head out) the individual may resume buying and selling.

Are you implying that MTVX has people sign NDA's but does not adhere/enforce them???
Or are you saying that the SEC does not care about people trading on inside information???

I think I can provide SEC litigation that proves the SEC does care about insider trading...
Heck, even Martha had to pay her debt to society for that...
I think the SEC also cares about wash trading...
which is another thing I believe we have witnessed in MTVX.
