i don't know why..as i posted it's just a matter of the number's to me,and based on the number's this stock will be trading in the low penny's or even sub pennie's.
right now 99% of the stock is owned by insider's,which account's for the next to nothing trading volume,but that filing does mention that they expect to raise money by the sale of stock (which will just make the math even worse)
even before that happen's,and the trading volume increase's, i think it will be well under $1 by the end of 2015.
