TBEV lets borrow money and decrease DEBT

I know what they mean less toxic debt by borrowing more money at lessor interest as every company does when they start up.
The CEO and company IMO does not care one bit about shareholders period and will continue to kick the can down the road no social media not one of there family of Atheletes doing squat just like 2 years ago.
That was not a PR release that was a death sentence with HPB needle in every shareholders arm IMO
