US independent ERHC Energy is to plough around $100 million into exploration on a single block off Sao Tome & Principe after firming up a production sharing contract this week, according to a report.

Let's hear it. A PR campaign may now be initiated to support the necessity for sales of shares after the expected 100 to one R/S.
Otherwise stated as , we need buyers of these newly issued shares. So we must create a tantalizing PR string to attach the carrot to.
And what does the statement mean. $100 million by ERHE, not the IOC, and precisely while ERHE is in the midst of no money, and last stand before issuance of the R/S.
So, we are now in the final stages, and a deal in which ERHE is in a weak position, yields what? if actually true?
