separately, it turns out that that county's sheriff is one of those way out there Oath Keepers/sovereign citizen/'I will not enforce any gun laws or regulations I think offend the Second Amendment [where there are precious few if any such laws or regulations which he does not think offend the Second Amendment], and will block/arrest any federal or state or other outside agents who attempt to enforce any such gun laws or regulations in this county' types
