SCHEDULING ORDER: In light of the Courts September 30, 2015 ruling granting PricewaterhouseCoopers Advisory Services Sdn Bhds (PwC) August 7 motion to realign the derivative plaintiff as a defendant, it is hereby ORDERED that, pursuant to PwCs request that the Court granted on August 14, PwC shall file its answer or a motion to dismiss the complaint by Wednesday, October 7.
