Barn Cat would like to see a merger...in fact.... Cat shared this with all BOD in an e-mail last month. So they know my thinking. Will it happen.....Cat thinks so....call it a cat gut feeling.

We must remember... Niclas is concern for UCP to turn profit and improve margins. He sees it as....Job 1.
