Investors are not their concern and neither is the debt.

Go spend $200 for a lawyer to write you a letter.

DMRJ did similar things to other companies as far as I remember, how can they not be counted as insiders is the real question. How is this being allowed when they own majority of the company on a fully diluted basis or own shares which are significantly more than the outstanding shares of this company? How is this a public company?
