Haha! Asst. D.A.'s don't post humorous comments publicly(especially facebook) if there was a problem or investigation at all. Sounds to me like MR. O'Malley is having mild fun. He was a patent litigation attorney over 20 years ago for his own company. He has rose up to his current position in the govt through long hours and hard work. To post a rediculously mild comment on facebook is simply blowing off steam or entertaining Ed for old time sake. Maybe he and Ed knew each other many moons ago. ;&)
