Replacement units for those who received defective units still have not been shipped out by Vaporfection to the dismay of many. It is possible that Vaporfection is shipping the replacement units to fulfill new customer orders, such as yourself. If that is the case, it is extremely poor customer service...ignoring your existing customers who have problems and concentrating on jamming the product into new hands.
The company has been very silent this week after making all those promises over the past weeks. Not surprising at all given their previous behavior. Nobody is really sure the revised product has arrived at this point.
