LMAO is right. A LOI with an undisclosed "prestigious" company in an undisclosed location. Meanwhile, the financial details, debt level, and share structure of this company remain hidden. Why isn't current revenue benefiting shareholders? How will a company with this level of debt pay for such a location should it go through? With shares? More toxic financing? Oh, I know...those are all negatives that classify as "bitching and complaining". Until those questions are addressed, expect future PR's to have the equivalent effect on share price that this one did. JMO.
