Because of the size of the transaction, which is much larger than NES as the Company stands today, it has taken and enormous amount of time and capital to complete the pre-closing process, six months to be exact."

Annual revenues with just JD is $20 Million, if the new acquisition is 2-4 times larger than NESV is today, we are looking at NESV being a $60-$90 Million Company post closing. With 17 million shares outstanding, you can do the math!
