How do you get rid of this? Drexler is over-matched and Brad's new executive employment agreement makes an acquisition or restructuring a pipe dream.

Here is the continuation of the MusclePharm grift and scam.

Is Brad Pyatt is being "blackmailed" or paying "hush money" or involved in a "criminal conspiracy" with the proceeds of the payments being split amongst the conspirators or a combination?

Here are some facts. The DeLuca's (Jeremy and Ryan) pled guilty to selling illegal supplements laced with anabolic steroids at bodybuilding.com. Jeremy was fined $600,000 and his company was fined $7m

http://www.fda.gov/ICECI/CriminalInvestigations/ucm305494.htm

Now let's take another step.

Jeremy was facing prison time but plea bargained to the $600,000 fine and probation as long as the fine was paid.

Jeremy unable to pay the fine was hired by Brad Pyatt as the new COO of MusclePharm and given a signing bonus of Millions $$ in stock and a new fat salary to pay the fine and avoid prison.

Jeremy is still employed by MusclePharm but his title has subsequently been downgraded in an attempt to deflect attention.

Jeremy's brother Ryan stayed at bodybuilding.com and Brad Pyatt began paying Ryan more than $100,000 EVERY MONTH for marketing services. This went on for 2 years and was secret but was brought to light by the recent SEC Investigation.

During this same period Drew Ciccarelli (a notorious penny stock promoter and Pyatt friend) began promoting MSLP on penny stock scam sites in a stock manipulation scheme. Drew was being paid $50,000 fees and awarded millions in MSLP by Brad for the promotion in addition to receiving the apparel rights to MusclePharm to which Drew just "sold back" to MusclePharm this February 2015 for $850,000 in cash and 175,000 shares of additional MSLP stock.

There are also serious yet circumstantial evidence of illegal channel stuffing between MusclePharm and bodybuilding.com that took place during this time period. MusclePharm sales grew impressively in the bodybuilding.com channel but were the sales "authentic" or faked to show the impressive revenue growth?

At this point the SEC announced an official investigation in MusclePharm business practices and when rumors of channel stuffing between MusclePharm and bodybuilding.com began to surface on several investment sites, the reported sales in the MSLP/bodybuilding.com declined an immediate -20% and except for one anomalous (launch of Arnold line), total sales declined significantly even though MusclePharm acquired BZNE ($12m in sales) during this period. Without the acquired BZNE revenue, MusclePharm revenue actually declined -20% from Q1 2014 and continued to decline for the next several quarters.

I will leave it to each individual to assess what they wish to believe but the facts are there for all to see.
