I know the two they signed LOI's with last year really took a beating in the 4th quarter last year and is why NESV didn't want to pursue as they were not worth what was offered earlier.
It sounds like they are about to close on three out of Texas, so they will have four Companies under their umbrella which should propel them to the next level. Not sure if they will revisit the two from last year or not. Maybe they would take less since their business is down.
