Apparel deal was just a scam.

Why did MusclePharm (Brad) have to pay his buddy (Drew) $850,000 + 175,000 shares of stock to buy the rights to MusclePharm apparel this year 2015?

It was just another scam to shuffle more investor funds to his buddy. I would not be surprised if Brad split the proceeds under the table with Drew kicking him back.

What do think the split was?
