It was deliberate FRAUD, in my opinion, Alan.

They clearly say in the April 15 PR that they completely repaid the LG Capital notes in total.

They still had the LG Capital note for $63,000, as debt >> after << they said in the PR that they had completely repaid all the LG Capital notes...in total. It's not the big smoking gun but it's a good one and...it's included...

It's fraud, in my book, and is in my SEC report.

April 1 or 2, 2015 > pzoo enters into LG Capital note for $63,000.
April 14 or 15, 2015 > pzoo pays off October LG Capital note for $72,676.
April 15, 2015 > pzoo PR claims to pay off completely, in total, LG Capital notes.
August 14, 2015 > pzoo lists $63,000 LG Capital note in Form DEF 14C (see image, below and peruse link, below, also):
