Will there be full disclosure as to who this advisory director is? I assume it is the "Owner" of Counntryside who will benefit from the sale of his company. There needs to be full disclosure here due to a conflict of interest. How many shares was he given to come on the advisory board? What is the terms and conditions of the purchase? Where are the financials of Countryside?
How can anyone evaluate this without knowing what the costs are?
