Well, we know the first 3K of units were a sale to BB, and the rest are on consignment, it depends upon what comes next......If they continue to sell at BB that would be great, and If they get another electronics retailer, great....
Now the headphones, earbuds, etc, can be blister-packed on the the shelves and probably sell well, and we all recogize that the margins are MUCH higher on these type of things.....
The only thing that bothers me is, they evidently are quite well known in the professional sound arena, but that DOES NOT translate over to the retail buying public...The way to get the people in to buy is to ADVERTISE......and I don't mean a couple of flashes of "SLS" on the Apprentice, or watching some rockband onstage.........But I realize that takes money.....Wish they could swing a deal with BB to be included in their newspaper flier EVERY WEEK.....People read that and alot keep it in mind when going to BB...Just a thought.....
