Re: the Kreyenhagen Trend in California, they announced they are trying to get a permit. Didn't they announce previously that they had a permit? No?

As to the 22,000 acre farm-in project in Montana, looking at their record as a "developmental" company, they'd probably have better luck starting a farm.

This permit process has been ongoing for months now. Will it ever come to fruition? I highly doubt it.
