Agree with your assessement of Ed's response (Educational and Classy). Not so sure the original response should have been dignified with a response. More likely, this guy should be reported to his local DA's Internal Affairs Division (or whatever mechanism they have for that over at DOJ). Highly unprofessional.

A better response would have been "I apologize that we stated we are the leader in mobile payments. This is obviously not the case. I will try and not mislead in the future".
