I think I hear what you're saying. It's a crap shoot. Fair enough. I think I agree that people that invest in highly speculative stock shouldn't get too shirty. But I do think it's fair to ask questions when people make assertions on discussion boards.

Nothing happening until March 2016 or sooner....

It could happen, any moment and I think ,that is why the tension mounts....
And as I mentioned and it is well document, getting any government contract takes at least 24 months....

Then why did you predict (pump?) that a major contract will be signed by the end of this quarter? I live on the left coast and there's still 2-1/2 hours to go to make your prediction.
