In vintage salesman nature, he is spinning half truths in an attempt to demonize Intel's management, something AMD has been avid at doing for years now. If you are buying his crap, and you really do believe that Intel has no growth plans other than stealing a few hundred million from AMD (as Richard puts it), then it just goes to show how easy it is for AMD to push their agenda to those impressionable minds that dare to accept anything they have to say.
