Hyperdynamics (NYSE:HDY) agrees to pay a $75K civil penalty to settle alleged violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.

HDY says the SEC recognized its remediation efforts, which included replacing its senior management team and entire board of directors, revising its policies, implementing training programs and increasing its legal and accounting staff.

HDY was cleared in May by the Justice Department over the FCPA allegations.
