Yeah... I figured it wouldn't be cheap. These scammers of course know how difficult it can be to collect from somebody that doesn't want to pay and of course Treaty never really intended to pay most the folks they owe money to. The laws need to be changed that make Judgments enforceable or they go to jail. That would change some attitudes pretty quickly.
