He is driven and believes NESV will be a whole new Company post closing.
I think he wanted it to be a complete surprise to Investors in my opinion. He was upset it was in the filings in the first place, but someone on the team put it in there and he didn't see it before it was posted. Concentrating on execution was his saying during my discussion, and I know that is what he is concentrating on.
